Executive Retainer Plan

To take advantage of an “on-call” level of support and consultative coaching, a monthly retainer program is available to a limited number of executives. Most busy senior executives prefer the freedom to schedule conferences throughout the month as needed or just call on short (or no) notice. They appreciate the value of having a Coach reachable virtually 24/7. The Executive Retainer Plan includes unlimited sessions, calls and emails throughout the month on a completely flexible schedule.

Mina Brown has been an executive coach, career consultant, public speaker and entrepreneur for over 18 years. As a former senior operations executive and CFO, she brings together a successful leadership track record, unusual intuition and deep compassion. She works with senior executives, professionals, and executive teams in large global companies such as Microsoft, Dell, Nissan, and PepsiCo.

Prior to founding the Positive Coach, Mina held the executive positions as CFO of Aviall and SVP and GM of its Aerospace division.  She also held corporate management positions with Ryder System, Amax, and Price Waterhouse.
