I’m the owner and founder of Claus Coaching and Consulting, LLC and I am passionate about partnering with individuals and organizations to achieve extraordinary results.
Throughout my career I’ve led and worked in global teams of all sizes in many different business areas – operations, product development, technology, learning and development and HR. When my career moved in the direction of learning and development/HR in 2007, I found my true passion for enabling and supporting leaders, managers, teams and individuals to thrive through experiential learning and supportive coaching. This lit a fire in me that burns to this day as I strive to partner with others to help them be their best possible selves.
Growing up as the youngest of 7 children and having a large extended family, I learned at an early age the importance of developing strong relationships and connections with people – it’s really the basis for everything in life. As I’ve moved through the diverse roles in my career, I’ve leveraged this learning, along with my strengths, in all my interactions in order to build trust, develop high-performing teams, and achieve successful outcomes.
Similarly, I harness this energy in driving successful outcomes for my clients – whether through coaching, leadership development, or being a caring listener – my #1 goal is to help my clients.
