Peggy Dean, PCC, MBA

Peggy Dean is an accomplished coach, expert NLP coach trainer, and consultant. She has worked with leaders from a wide range of organizations, both domestic and international. She is recognized for producing unprecedented results in productivity, profitability, and teamwork. Students in her NLP coach training classes appreciate her depth of experience, global perception, and wisdom. Peggy is known for “straight talk” – telling it like it is. When she is coaching, training, or speaking, her depth of knowledge, and quiet confidence are exceptional. Peggy has been executive director of the Jean Houston Foundation since 2008, where she directs projects that build leadership capacities for change.  Peggy has an EMBA from Southern Methodist University and a BA from the University of Texas at Arlington. She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Board Certified Coach (BCC). Peggy holds the highest level of NLP certification as a Master Trainer. She has served on committees of the International Association for NLP (IANLP), and has served for many years as Principle Faculty for Coach Academy International.
