In these highly successful and tightly designed programs, up to 75 hours of coach training is delivered in interactive, focused, engaging experiences. There are a few hours of mandatory pre-work; self-study, reading, and a short research assignment.
As soon as you START your training, you can immediately start accumulating your coaching experience hours. If you have any current or planned coaching opportunities in the near term, this allows you to get the time clock ticking.
We provide access to a customized student webpage for all student materials needed. In addition, we also mail you a workbook, textbook, and other resources you will need for all the training modules. These will become useful after the class for reviewing any specific content. You will also have access to recorded coaching demonstrations which are especially useful to watch again. Our virtual environment incorporates the assistance of additional experienced coach observers who provide students with helpful coaching practice feedback.
